How do I backup my Forumotion, Forums

Please i need to find out a way to backup my forums please, i really need to know just in case Exclamation

it does it automatically
go here:

ADMIN panlel -> General tab -> Forum -> security -> Automatic daily forum backup and there it is! if you want to manage it click on (Click here to manage your backup)

hmmm what do you exactly want to backup ???
if you want to restore your forum theme Go To ACP/Display/Styles/Skins Management

Or to backup other things... Click Here and login with your founder E-mail and Pw (the First e mail and pw you had when you started your forums)

because when i first joined the forums i was a little silly and used Bold and Colors into all my posts because i was used to use them on a other forum...
this was the 3 th forum i joined after i created my own

Because its used only for moderation....
