Homepage

Hello,

I want to add my homepage for my site to a html page I made, I want it so when they type my link it goes there, the link I was told to provide to forumotion was <a href="https://www.forumotion.com" target="_blank">forumotion.com</a> could you please do this for me? or if this isn''t were I am soposed to request it , let me know.. lmao

What are you asking? If you're asking for somebody to place that for you, you just have to copy & paste it in the bottom of your HTML page.

No, I am asking to get my home page changed? so like it becomes the portal when people put in my site logo.. it's for a game , you need to have it on the site.. so ?

Go into Admin Panel - Modules - HTML Pages Management - Create new HTML page

In the HTML page editor there will be a small tick box which says 'Use this page as Homepage' click yes. But in the HTML page you create, you need to insert that HTML link to forumotion. And now when somebody logs on to your site that will be the first page they see.

Yes, but how do I insert it to forumotion? lol, I made the page I wanted, just need to make it homepage, help?

If you've already created it then copy the HTML into the HTML Editor and copy the steps I posted above.

Im assuming you have already created your HTML page? If so follow theses instructions

Go to Admin Control Panel > Modules > HTML Page Management

Click Create new HTML page

Make sure you have a Title

Do you wish to use your forum page header and page footer ? Check NO

Use this page as homepage ? Check YES

Then simply paste your HTML page into the Text field.

Make sure you click Preview then Submit
