I have 2 issues with posting.

the first issue is that when ever someone post
it always post ontop of the persons topic question. i want it to be under.

the second issue is that when everyone post a reply, you have to click the reply button.
Is it possible if i can have a box at the end of every topic for people to type in without clicking reply?

First problem:Can you make one screen?
Second problem:Admin Panel=>General=>Messages and emails=>Configuration=>Allow Quick Reply=>Yes=>Save.

1st:
general > categories and forums
modify and change "sort posts of a topic topic by:" to "post date: most oldest first"

but you have to change it for every forum
