Solved IE AND FF are messed up

Ok so my forum NAV bar keeps geting messed up
it suppose to look like this
IE AND FF are messed up 2v2ih79
And alot of times for IE or firefox it changes into this?
IE AND FF are messed up Wtya2d
ITS REALY AGGREVATEING ME!

Click that yellow bar at the top of IE and allow Add-ons.

That skin has issues, its better if you install some other skin.
