Need Help With adding domain

Ok I bought a domain from Web4Africa and I have paid for it. Anyways, I tried setting it up, but it only gives me an option for nameservers. I can set it up fine with a co.cc, but decided to buy my own .net domain. Here are my options on Web4Africa.

Above that is my personal info. I read the how to add your domain through CNAME from the FAQ, and searched around for this, but couldnt find my answers. What are the name servers for my forum: clubpenguinexclusive.forumotion.net and the .net is www.clubpenguinexclusives.net. Any help would be awesome. thanks.
