New member joining without permision

Hi,

I have made a blog for my friends to chat in, but people who we hate makes an account and just distrupts our conversations, is there a function that only the admin can accept people joining?

Like when they sign up, they have to get permission from the admin?

Users & Groups > Users > Users options. Set New accounts activation to be whatever you like. To get rid of the present ones, just either delete the accounts or ban them.
