Need of a technician problem.

hi all, i have a problem with the forumotion forum currently i can not post a thread in the "need of a technician" forum because it says "only administrators can post in this forum". after changing the address of my forum i have seen that when i start typing spaces between letters are there. For example the word "hello" would be "he llo". Another problem is that my forum takes a few seconds to load properly > properly being that for a few seconds the text goes widder and bigger. I don't see the space problem, you can do a screenshot or give a link of a page with it and say where in the page it is.

For the text which is bigger at first does it still happen ? I don't see it either.
