Buttons Request

Is there anyone out there soooo kind enough to possibly make me all the buttons that are in the pics management section in admin panel?

I would like them to match my navigation panel, with the New Topic, Post Reply, Locked and New Topic the same size as the nav bar buttons, and all the other ones, what I would call 'normal sized' like when you first set up a forum, if that makes sense lol - the default sizes!
