Phishing Alert Empty Phishing Alert

I was just informed that a member of my forum received a phishing alert from her anti-virus/anti-malware program when she visited my site; I've disabled the ads for all members and guests till 11 April 2010. Why would my forum trigger such an alert? More importantly, what should be done about it?
