I had sent an email and filled in the form on litigation 3 months ago. Beyond Psychic are breaching the Copyright laws. The whole board is filled with copyright infringements. PLEASE REMOVE THIS SITE. I have also been in contact with the authors of the articles posted on the board .

BEYOND PSYCHIC ARE CHARGING FOR ADVERTISING another breach of Terms of Service.

It is prohibited to post links to other sites/ forums/ chatrooms etc without first seeking the permission of Morningstar.

This includes email addys in profiles that lead to a website.

This is a free website and if you wish to add links promoting yours then please ask Morningstar and she will be happy to let you know the yearly charge for this and how to pay it.

Links that only add to information are fine to be included.

Any member flouting the rule will be banned without warning.

This post serves as your warning!!

If it was not deleted earlier, maybe because they didn't find anything wrong. You can fill in the litigation form again & give the details. There is nothing much any of the staff could help you with.

So you mean you don\'t see a problem one of your sites using copyrighted material on their forum. From transfigurations, aura\'s, numerology. even a whole website with this disclaimer imformation.

In your best interest I would be getting your admin to read this thread. ASAP.

As this has been copied to all the website owners that have their copyright articles on your server.

I think you really need to educate yourself about copyright.

Can I ask why you are so affected by this?

Cause David, there are laws in place to protect people.

If your not aware of these laws I suggest you educate yourself before owning your own forum.

david, please accept my apologise.. and yes I am prepared to go to court. I have when I have worked in copyright for musicians.

I do agree there are many forums that do the wrong thing by copyright. If I come across them I do report them to the author.

Its the same as cd's being burnt.

Same as your emails you send you own the copyright of them.

I will not get into a discussion with any members of this site.

I am happy to reply to moderators and admin.

Most website that don't have a copyright disclaimer are happy for you to post their information. And don't claim it to be your own writings, plus place a link to their website where you got the information from. Or if there is a disclaimer out of respect you contact them seeking permission.

Sanket, I do hope you contact an admin member so they can read this thread as you have said yourself you're only the support staff.

A Few of the authors have tired to send an official complaint but, you need to be able to upload a screenshot, which they are unable to do not sure what the problem was, could be something to do with uploading screenshots.

I will wait for another 24 hours to see if admin reply.
