Top of Browser wont change!

I can't find where to change the top of the browser.

The Blue Bar on top. How do i change "Medal of Honors Heroes 2 Forum"?

please go to:
Admin panel >> General > Forum / Configuration > "Homepage Name" .... If it's not homepage name it's "Site Name"

I'm not sure, but it happens to not work, when I tried to do it earlier today. I think once you change it, you need to wait about 24 hours before it changes, but this is from experience.
