I don't think you can upload movies, but you can upload flash games.

if you are talking about file sharing files you have to use a files host.
But be cautious on what is being shared.You can not share anything that will be in violations of forumotions TOS. such as movies,videos or even games.
if they are for free of use or you have permissions to share them then you can. but if it is copyrighted materials then that would be in violations of forumotions tos and you can lose your forum.
