A troll attacking our clan forum - Please remove him!!!

I've been trying to IP ban and email ban and the troll keeps coming back.

Can someone help me get rid of the troll for good?

Can't stop proxy but you can put your forum on lock down for 24 hours.

Admin Panel>>General Tab>>Configuration>>Put it on Holiday>>Yes>>Save

They can't post until you remove Holiday. This would also mean that admin can only post.

EDIT

I would also put flood control on so that its hard for the spammer to post.

Admin Panel>>General Tab>>Security>>Look for Flood control put it to at least 30 secs to a min

I would remove all content of the post right away and move them to a grabage/Trash can/Archive for safty

and by the look of what hes posting he isnt ban

Now if you see somone join with a suspicions name for eg. Fuckyou
Ban him bacause even i wouldnt join a forum with a name like that
