go to administration panel => modules => chatbox => configurations

to make someone moderator go to administration panel => chatbox => moderators

to banned someone go to administration panel => chatbox => banned users

Correct you can not create any custom commands.
But you can always go with your own chat box like from xat or other to have your own settings.There are many other's you can find. you can just google it. some are free and there are others you can buy.
