Hello!
How can I change so people don't have to be 13 years on my forum?

I own a Donald Duck-forum, and they don't have to be 13 to discuss Donald Duck. ;-)

go to administration panel => users & groups => Users => Users options => Minimum user age : Age here => Save

Your forum can be taken down, if it disrespects the TOS. You cannot have members less than 13 years of age.
