Mods Able to See Report List? Empty Mods Able to See Report List?

I was sure this was somewhere but I can't find it.
Can mods be able to view the report list, read and edit it?
One of the mods said "I can see the report list but I can't open them."
It would be nice if they can see it for many moderating reasons.

I don't think they can, well they can't on my forum.
Only if they are admins I'm pretty sure.
