Glowing letters

how to get glowing colors? Like on ranks, names etc..not buttons, I've seen a forum that a member had a glowing name

You choose a neon color.
For ranks you use the glow feature in the photo editing software you are using

Or template editing, but i have no clue about that.

(color=any color, strength=any size) <-- The color part is what color glow you want and the strength is rated by number, one is faint whilst five may be bulky and dark.

Put the text where it says TEXT GOES HERE

Anyone know if theres a way to incorperate this for all the text on your forum?

that's what i use. any ideas on a code or maybe even css?
