Please make me this icon!

Hey...i need an icon for my friends website
that icon next to the web address...he wants it to be 32x32 size with white background and black text...the text he wants in it is Q-G, try to make it italics, bold, and underline+try to make a circle around it (customize pleez)

Thanks, hope you have finish it by tomorrow! I need a really cool one to cheer him up XD
