Great, you have created epic size ranks, so big, that all big ranks from the past can hide from them... And they are also squared shape.

Ok, these need some work.

Good

* Starting circle concept

Improvements

* Make them lots smaller.
* Use a gradient they look boring.
* Make the circle glossy, i can see that you started to by putting a smaller white circle in the middle.
* I see you have used the thin style with tahoma, make the text smaller on a smaller rank they should be better Very Happy

Conclusion

There ok, they need a lot more work on them to get them gallery standard. Experiment with different textures to make them more exiting.

Those are too big, and would be better if they got resized to a normal capacity.

Resize them, add in a new gradient and they'll look better.

I'm with Torres on the first sentance, they are a little bit too big so i would resize them and the writing is too big they would be good with the background teal and the text white or the background pink and the text white.
