New Posts, No New Posts, Forum Is Locked Icons

Can anyone make me a "New Posts", "No New Posts" and "Forum Is Locked" icons, please?

I would like text in bold with the initials "RG" in it and also with a greenish glow around the initials. Try to come up with something different for each one though, like a little lock on the "Forum Is Locked" icon along with the text being red.

Something like that.
