sticky posts

hi..

if i make a post sticky can the members reply to it

in other words if i have forum as 'read and reply' to posts (for members) will making one of my posts 'sticky' remove that option for members..?

i need to be able to post some messages to be 'read only' ..!! ??

Member will be able to post if the topic isn't locked. By doing that you will have images on the right side hover over one of them and find the lock. Then They won't be able to reply.
