Seek for the code in miniclip or any games webpage and then go to the Admin panel and tick "Allow HTML"

As musket has said above there are three places to do it.
but i think if you just go to your profile settings you should be good to go.
Profile>profile preferences.
scroll down to allow html check off yes and hit save
