Can I use a picture of gallery of my own use?

Hello,
i have installed my own forum on my webhost, am I allowed to use a picture from the avater gallery from forumotion free forums?

Simple : can i use a pic from forumotion for my own non-forumotion forum?

To answer your question. i believe you can. forumotion is a free public forum host and all the images in the gallery by default are open to the public. i do know you can use buttons and tabs from this support forum on other forums so long as your are not saying you are a forumotion support forum.Also there is no copyright/water mark on the default pics from the gallery.

but i will have to run this past the global and luky just to be sure.

oh..ya i know, but all other posts were replied, only mine was here and no1 replys^^, don't know why, just need a yes or a no.

My apologise torrentspy.I have gotten a Lil backed up and sent the pm off a lil late.
I should be hearing a reply soon and will let you know.

Ok actually the word i got from lucky is that he is pretty sure that jalokim has create all of those images.. so it would be best to ask him for permissions to be sure.
