domain not found

i purchased a custom domain from forumotion. I received the email saying that my new domain was available. But now it says that the forum doesnt exist.

that's also what happened before on mine but it will work, just try clearing your cache/cookies or wait for an hour.

this started yesterday. so its been like 12 hours but will try the clearing the cache. thnx

*update* problem still exists. please help i dont like paying for something that doesnt work

how long should i wait? its going on 24 hours of not working.

calm down, all of the foumotion users are also suffering, but i think french tech staffs would not be working until monday i think.

i am clam, just wondering. i mean i know its registered because the domain goes to a forumotion error message.
