is it hacking or what?

well its GD but i really need help and its not a FM issue so i m posting here. here is the problem
some one is emailing(yahoo) me from all me contacts(which i have added in my messanger) in yahoo.
the emails are some times abusing and some times just random talks like friends(like the talks of he is the owner of that id, which he/she is not). so it shows that he can see all my contacts and also know my friends and our talks and also he/she able to email from any id he/she wants, becayse some are yahoo and some are msn aswell, he also emailed from my id to some of my friends abusing them..... this is really a major issue for me right now and as FM has some very experts in all the matter i need to know if some one can help me with this? any help suggestion would do

Here's a little detail concerning your problem, though. If someone is sending messages to your contacts via your E-mail then yes, he/she has hacked you I'm afraid.

but he/she is sending emails from all of my contacts to me aswell, so does this mean he/she hacked all the computer owners exist in my address book??

Well, if you have 2 contacts, thats possible, but if you have 500, then, I see that unlikely.

I'm still lost as to what you want us to do... How do you know that its just your contacts that are sending you those emails?

well because the mails are coming from their emails addresses ofcourse, and secondly they all are containing same content so its not possible that the email owners are sending them, secondly i have more than 100 i think but they are not coming from every contact, just i think from 10 to 15.
and all i want from here is that as there are very experts in all kinda fields here so i wanted to know that is it possible via some software or website to send emails from any id you want without knowing its password.
or any help to prevent this would also be very gratefull.

so he can watch my address book and use all contact's emails or computers? is there anyway of anti doing that? or to stop it?

can be hacked by XSS methods and SQL injection,there is a tutorial about it..

Nope, that vulnerability doesn't exist (anymore at least). You can try it... it doesn't.
