moderator on forum ?can i make a

can i make a member a moderator for just one of the forums and not the whole site ? a member suggested a competition and i want him to list the names of members in it.......so i added a forum to a catagory but i would like him to moderate just this forum where the list is.

oo ok , now go to admin panel , make a new group in user and groups ( name of the member ) , then add the member , save . Then go in the group ( in admin panel ) , then click the permissions , and in the " is moderator " tick on the forum you want him to administrate .
