how do u make a one topic only forum like u guys did for "introduce urself"?

What do you mean? There's nothing special about the topic. Just place [only topic] in front of the title to let users know thats the only topic which you can reply to.

It's just a normal thread, in which you can introduce yourself in.

It has [The Only Topic] in it as it symbolizes it's the only thread that you introduce yourself in; other threads will get trashed.
