problem with login - it doesn't remember me, even one click

Hi, I have a forum in "goodforum.net" and found some problem with forum logins. It is like that. After i have logged in with my name, whether i checked "automatically log me on..." or not, the forum doesn't remember me even after one page. After I click a link, I have to login again. Sometimes, it remembers. But most of the time, not. This happens in other two forums that I visit, both of which are hosted in "goodforum.net". I tried using IE7, firefox, safari and opera but the same problem exists. However, another user of one of those forums says the problem disappears when he uses "firefox".

But I found that case does not happen in this forum. So, I think there is some error in forum settings. If someone knows the solution, please help me. Thanks.

I had this problem on here, too. Delete all cookies associated with the forum in question and the passwords associated with the site in the password manager, then log in with the box checked and say "no" if the browser ask you if you want to save the password.
And if you are admin, it is better not to remember the password at all for security reasons.

Thanks, but it didn't work. Now, I face that problem even with this forum. I'm using internet through a proxy server, so can it be the cause?

I heard about proxies being sh*t anyway, so I guess so hehe

Oh, i think i found the problem. It happens when there is no "?sid=................" part in the links. Don't know the cause, just to blame on proxy server.

My solution: Instead of directly clicking on the links, i copied the link and paste it over "http://............html" part before the "?" sign comes in the address bar.

I also advise you to accept cookies.
