Chat Box Problems since server update

We have been having chat box problems since the recent server update, sorry if this topic is posted twice, but I cant find any other threads relating to this issue.

The chat box is running extremely slow, and it can take a few minutes for a post to appear in the chat box after typing, and members are also having problems logging in, and also out.

Chat box still extremely sloooooooooooow, any chance of a technician giving us a response that this is being looked into please?

Typlo told us that the techs are backed up with bugs and are really having hard time finishing them all so there isn't any time of whats going on. My answer for now is to remove the chatbox and use another service ths provide it and till the chatbox works again put it back.

I have the same problem and chatbox is what all of my users use the most since my forum has to do with firefighters and its work condition(mostly on time)
Pleaaaaaaase can you tell us when you thing it will be fixxed,I get a lot of complains from my users,tell me if you can what I can use as an alterenative solution.

Members are still complaining of the chat box throwing them off and being slow is there an update on a fix?
