i have lost my admin password on my forum and now i cant login and when i try to reset my password i get this message : "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security"

what can i do to reset/change my password?

You have dissalowed it youself.
You can't get it back.
PM a admin in this forum to work things out,if you can.
