Help again! Admins, mod's, anyone?

Hello, I've tried to contact Typlo and a few others, but to no avail yet-
My old thread is now locked and I really want this issue resolved since I've paid money for it- and it's very frustrating...

So here's my situation again

I have recently purchased my domain name through forumotion, but I am unsure if I was able to secure the purchase or not. Upon doing so, I clicked on the option of "redirect all yourname.forumotion.com visits to the newer domain" option, and now I can't access the site at all.

If anyone can help me with this situation,
I'd be extremely grateful...

If I cannot resolve this- Can I get a refund for the points that I've paid for?

If so, just give it another day as it takes 2-3 days if it was purchased on the weekend.
