Is it possible to change the notification email address?

I apologise if this is a duplicate, I did look but couldnt find anything similar

When people are receiving notification updates it comes from 'board@forumotion.com', is there a way to change this email address?

i.e: admin@h4hrally.co.uk

yes its is possible go Acp >> General >> Write And Send

Choose a method : Rish Text With Html

Sender of the email : Write Your Email admin@h4hrally.co.uk

Recipients : All Member

Subject : Your Forum Subject

AnD Send It

Thanks for the reply 'Decent Boy', that was going to be one of my other questions I was going to ask, so thanks for that I actually meant the notification email when people respond to a post I have responded to. Sorry if my post I confused you

For example: the notification I just rcv'd to show that I had a response to my original post cam from 'The forum of the forums [board@forumotion.com]'

If the email addy can't be changed, is it possible to change who the email came from (i.e.The forum of the forums [board@forumotion.com])
