what do you mean change the skin?

admin panel>display

Right at the top left hand side you will see Change theme.

Well, you get the most basic of all the version's skins and then you basically manipulate the appearance from there. You can move objects around, change the colors, change the images etc. Then you upload it to hitskin.com and its official.
