Group colour not changing ?

I have just created 2 new groups on my forum and when I select the colour for the group and then click the green tick is goes back to black? anyone what the problem could be? I have created groups in the past without any problems

Do you have 'Color Group Members' ticked? It's the tick box just below where you select the color.

Yes I do, the only way I was able to get colour was to get the codes off the net and input them manually

Yes I did I have done it before and had no problems? I am thinking it maybe something to do with the server problems ? as I have said once I put in the colour code manually I can then go back if I want and it works ok, but as you can imagine I don't want to have to do this all the time

I was able to change it easily, check for yourself.

I have seen it but I can't understand why I can't ? I just created another group test2 and it should be RED but it stayed Black ?

To be honest i can do it without any hassle again.

Okay, when you hit the color do you see the color changing on the left square? After which you hit the green tick correct? Then save it?

Yes I follow the procedure but it doesn't change colour at all and as I scroll up the colour bar I usually see the colour numbers change, but they stay as they are, I have just been back into have a look and its turned green ? but I did choose red ? don't worry I will sort it maybe it my Pc ? I will check it on my laptop and let you know if I get the same ?

Hi Sanket I have just tried it on another Pc that also has the same version of FireFox and the same Win 7 and it has the same problem, I haven't had this problem since I started my forum which was about 2 months now I have only noticed it today, and nothing has changed on either the Pc or the Laptop?

Did you clear your cache & then try?

Yes I have Cleared the Cache

Am I the only one who noticed that the little circle was in the black area?

You have to move that little circle on left to change the colour amount and the darkness.

Yes it is. I have asked for the image just before hitting the green tick, Because he said color changes in the left square.
