I am working on a medal system for my users. I need a code that will display the image, and the name of the image if you hover over it with your mouse. I've looked everywhere online and have found these codes but for some reason they just dont work on my website.

[IMG title="Bruce Campbell" alt="Bruce Campbell"]https://2img.net/h/oi38.tinypic.com/15q8ztx.jpg[/IMG] <---should work, doesn't.

Please help I would like to get my site updated soon.

They won't work here. You can only have the img url without anything else.
