Since forumotion doesn't allowed porn content on the forums . Can I Advertise link to another porn blog ?

what do you mean? on a porn forum hosted by forumotion? If ever, you should report that forum here as it is breaking the TOS

For example , i host a forum in forumotion i posted links on my forum which redirect to a blog which contain porn . Is that legal here ?
