Unban in the Chat Box isn't working

Hi, I made some new mods for my chat box tonight, so they were testing their abilites, and we discovered that when you /ban username, and then try to /unban username, it doesn't work. Can someone tell me what we're doing wrong please. Thanks

Try using the Admin Panel to unban them.

Go to Admin Panel --> Modules --> Chatbox --> Banned Users.

There should be a list of everybody who has been banned from the Chatbox. Go to the users you want to unban and put a check in the box under the unban column, and then click Validate.

We are having this same problem on our site. Unban through the Admin CP does work.
