NAVIGATION AN POLL ONLY SHOWIN NO FORUM

My forum does not show when logging on there is only a navigation bar an a poll bar. If I click on index in the navigation bar it brings up my forum. Then when I close and open my home page the forum is gone again. I am sure it is because of some option i choose but i can't find it again. thanks

Thanks for checking. However all I can see is search box, navigation, poll. then in the navigation area if I click on index it then brings up the forums. I have opened and closed the forum several times and when I log on there are no forums in view until I click the Index. Thanks just can't understand it.

there might be something wrong with yout browser....try to clear the histpry and the cookies...try!

Thanks I had noticed the portal icon next to the home page. I have now changed the options from show portal to not show. It now seems Ok. Thanks very much for your help, much appreciated

In fact, when the portal is activated, if you type http://forumname.domain.com, you get automatically to the portal.

If you want to get directly to the index, even if the portal is activated, you have to add /index.htm at the end of the address

So if you always go to your board using your bookmarks, verify the address.
