Remove Hitskin theme

Who can I contact to remover a Hitskinz theme. I submitted a theme about 4 months ago, by mistake. However, some person took the theme, claimed it as their own. and copied us. This is the copied forum:

The users and admins of this copied forum, seem to be under the age of 13, which would be breaking the terms and conditions. I would like my theme called Club Penguin Red theme, submitted by VitalFlamez removed from the hitskinz library. Who should I contact?

You should private message Typlo if you would like to remove a theme you submitted on hitskin.

But, remember that hitskin is a theme sharing website, so if you submitted a theme there, then anyone will be free to use it,

If you would like to save a back-up of your theme, I suggest you do this :

ACP=>Display Tab=>Styles=>Skins Management=>Export your theme

From there, you can save a back-up of your theme on your computer,
