Changing Post Order?

Ok this is probably a really stupid question but I'm having trouble, please help?
As admin when I view topics the post order shows oldest post first, making a timeline for the Role Playing.
However when my users and moderators view it, the post order changes to newest first, which is very aggravating and confusing.
Can someone please tell me how to change it so all the topics posts go in order from oldest to newest?

So you want posts ordered like oldest to newest?
Go to: Admin panel >> General ( Tab ) >> Categories & Forums >> click on the "
" and find the option "Sort topics by :" = and choose your want via the drop down box.
