How to retrieve forum url ?

I forgot my url for my forum is there a way I can retrieve it besides e-mail ?

I made it about 2 months ago and worked on it but, my computer went down and I lost all my information please get back to me with a answer thanks.

Yeah.. so you have checked all of your emails to check for the creation email with links.

In that case, go to the utilities =>LINK and enter your email used for creation and your password used for creation.
