Okay well I need a Banner,

Something to match my forum, and go along with it, anything is accepted, i just need a great logo the one right now is not working!

I need the one:
width 500
height 150

With the Name: MyTube, and some kind of picture that matched my forum, and the categories

and the other one:
width 400
height 150

with just the background and no text or pictures.
+ Do not make them rounded corners

Nature of the creation : Banner
Creation size (in pixels) : #1: 500*150 #2: 400*150
With or without animation : without
Background color : Any matching my forum
Picture(s) link(s) : Any matching my forum
Text to insert : Main: MyTube Slogan: The Teen Place
Link to the font to download : Any matching my forum
Font color : Any matching my forum
Link of my forumotion forum : My Forum
