Icons Interacting with text

I'm not sure how to explain it but my icons like new topic and locked topic are interfearing with the text below and the delete forum cookies text is hardly visible because it is misplaced.....



Is there a code to fix this I really don't want it to be this way.....

That is impossible deleted but Delete the forum cookies is possible


go to ACP => display => pictures and colors => colors => css stylesheet and put this code

Is there a way to maybe bump the icons at the bottom one line up so they don't touch each other?
