Forum Is Locked even read the guide.

How exactly is it locked, what message do you get?

Oh well, thats just a legend. Your forum is not actually locked.

Do you want to remove that legend from there?

what does legend mean ? btw , please remove that , its kinda annoying for me .

Admin Panel>Messages and Emails>Configuration
Display the caption of the posts status :No
Save.

That is just for display purpose, so that users know which forum is locked which is not locked & which forum has got new posts.

thanks , its worked . but it delete the "new post" and others . how should i delete the "forum is locked" . before i creating the forum long time ago , its wasn't there /

what i would do is go back and set what sanket suggested you to do the first time. put that back how it was.
then go to

admin panel>display>pic's management>advanced mode

click on (icons for the forum) scroll down to the last one in the list and on the right hand side you will see a lil box that says hide. just check that box off then hit save.

no that will not show and your others will
