Post by Russel November 9th 2009, 11:56 am

i have decided to add feature on my forum regarding image.

i have spent 5 hours finding in templates where should i edit the IMG Settings.

i have added SCRIPT the template but its not working because of the img setting.

the image setting should have CLASS.

for example in HTML.

Code:
<img src="url" [b]CLASS="example"[/b]>

and when we apply it on the forum
when we put the url of the img

Code:
[img]URL example[/img]

^^ the class and script should recall and work in the image.

i hope you understand it. thank you

sorry russell , your explaination is very vague.

Tell me what this script does to your images.

also you can't put a bold class in an image tag...
<img src="url" class="example"> without the [b ][ /b]

please explain what you want to do with your images... maybe there is a simpler CSS fix to this

i want to put image magnifier in the forum.
benefit: no need to put in spoiler.
images will be automatically minimized and when you click it, it would be enlarged.

so i have pasted the given js script in the desired template.

after that.

it says.

Step 2: Then, to apply enable the magnify effect on an image just insert a CSS class of "magnify" inside it, for example:

Code:
<img src="ocean.gif" class="magnify" style="width:200px; height:150px" />

what and where should posted and done?

OK, I'm familiar with the image magnifier.

just a quick question ,the new enlarge image feature is not enough?

nonetheless, if you want this for each and every image its going to be a problem because you'd need some hidden codes from the forumotion storage garage... we don't have access to that.

but you can always activate html in posts on your forum
then type the code in like you did above.

add an image in html tags and the class magnify...

for now thats the only idea that comes to mind

Currently no... I don't see how to affect every img.

you have to manually add it in posts

i think if he is saying that he wants to like resize the image which feature is included in the new updates

and when you click on the image it enlarges

and you don't need to put that image in the spoiler

if that is he talking about then it is possible now

correct me if i am wrong
