I have a few questions

Im new to phpbb which bassically means im the noob of this community. I have the following questions to ask:

1. How can i make the width of my board smaller?
2. How can i get rid of: https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/img175/170/image2kj1.jpg
3. How do i add to the user legend?
4. Setting the navigation like on: http://magicbunny.co.uk/

2. In the very right-hand bottom corner of that picture there is a little square with a minus icon in it. Click that and it disappears. Though if you want a quick mass moderating option I wouldn't suggest it.
3. If you mean Users Connected Over The Last * Hours or Display The Legend Of The Status Of The Posts, you can find that in Administration Panel>General Admin>Configuration.

for number 3, i mean add to the legend that says admin, moderator, Etc. and for number 2 isnt there a permanet way to remove it? or hide it from the admin cp.

2. No, I don't think that's possible unless you remove yourself as an admin/mod.

3. That should already be there, unless you have more than just the two groups to show, Administration Panel>General Admin>Configuration, then select yes for Colorized Usernames Enabled.

No sorry. The only way I can think of for number 4 is Administrations Panel>Portal>Portal Structure, and removing everything, then creating a new block and use your preferred HTML and message for it.

I'm looking directly at your board and I can see the legend. If you want more than just administrators and moderators to be shown, then you need to enable colorization of usernames. The extra legends will only be shown if you have a specific color for each group. To do that, you need to click edit on a group, select a hex number for a color, select the check box Color Group Members and save.

Sorry, I have no idea how you could come about doing that, unless you remove any pictures that would make it larger.

Ok, i ts just that asnother board that i registered has a smaller width than the one i have now ;/
