1 you can move a thread from your mod tools located at the bottom of any post or thread.

2 you select a post as being a sticky in your options befor you send the post.

3 you can not rename the Administrators group. how ever you can have you or other admins in more then one group. so you can select the admin group as being hidden and be in another group with what ever name you want as not being hidden.. or you can just set the rank name different. (NOTE) you must first be in the admin group to have admin permissions if in any other groups.

4 you have to add them to the moderators group. Be sure to set the permissions for them to mod as well.
