Solved custom error page?

How do i input a error page or customize my own? for example, i type my forum address with a 127521 after the .net/ or something that doesn't exist on my forum.

How do i create a page for such a thing, some websites do have this, some errors say like "404 file not found" on the page.

So how would i go about configuring this?

That's is part of the database when people make those custom error pages and since we don't have access to that its impossible.
