backgrounds HELP!!!!

i know how 2 put bakgrounds but when i go to my forums home page

its all black can u help me

i went to the admin panel then i went in examples and piked the nice blue one but it stil waz blak when i got off the admin panel

I think you should try changing background via CSS.
Go to Admin CP > Display > Colors > CSS.
Add this code there and submit..
