ok, so i read through the forums and went through lots of shoutbox sites and all of them require people to type in a name. is there any way were it can only b for the people on my site to talk on it and it uses their registered username like on the site instead of typing it in everytime?

You can use the default Chatbox provided by forumotion?
Admin panel >> Modules ( Tab ) >> Chatbox/configuration > Active & location you would like it at.

i no that, i mean a shoutbox, like u can leave a message there for people to c even if they rnt on like a conversation, like this here, but in a shoutbox. like go to shoutboxmasters.com and look at the demo, i need that but with out a spot for name and uses the login on there and i can only b ppl from my site

i use the Xat, but you have to click on yuor name to change it when you first log in, but after that you never need to change it agan

it is possible to link the xat to your forum, ive done it, just add it as a html page and add the link to it in a topic!

well, xat is still sort of a chat box, go to this site, sygaming.com and look at what they got, thats exaclty what i wanted
